- Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward analyst to join a well-established global organisation in the publishing space as they go through some exciting expansion and change. The organisation has made a number of recent acquisitions and are currently in the process of levelling and harmonising across the businesses. They need a reward analyst to hit the ground running and assist with this work, following which there are a number of exciting projects planned.
The Senior Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Lead on job levelling, benchmarking, job family work using the Willis Towers Watson job methodology.
- Support on all compensation & benefits BAU and projects
- Annal reward cycle and annual bonus program work
- Support on compensation and benefits program development
What you must have:
- Strong compensation experience
- Experience in job levelling and benchmarking using the Willis Towers Watson methodology
- Strong excel skills
- Experience working on reward projects
- Ability to work autonomously
