Description
The successful HRBP will be responsible for:
* Overseeing and implementing a project within HR
* Providing advice on complex employee relations enquiries
* Change management.
Profile
The successful HRBP must have:
* Experience dealing with complex employee relations casework
* Experience in change management
* Experience of working within the public sector is desirable.
