The position of Head of HR will involve:
- Creating and driving the HR strategy
- Managing the full HR function
- Driving the rapid growth of the business through it's people
- Recruitment strategy and implementation
- Driving the culture and values of the business
- Supporting with international expansion
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Head of HR will:
- Have proven experience at Head of HR level
- Come from a fast-paced, start up environment
- Enjoy both the strategic side, with a place at the top table, as well as getting stuck in to day to day HR
- Have experience with a business going through rapid growth
- Be experienced in implementing processes and procedures
- Be an exceptional communicator at all levels
Job Offer
£85,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Package + Hybrid Working
