Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from start to finish
• Working closely with the Hiring Manager to fully understand the needs and wants of their business area
• Advertising vacancies on multiple job boards and social media platforms
• Using a variety of sourcing channels to attract and retain top talent in the Life Sciences space
• Manage the candidate's experience and their journey through the recruitment process
• Ensuring that Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders receive a streamlined and efficient service
• Collaborate closely with wider Human Resources team to ensure smooth transition through onboarding
• Maintain record of live vacancies and report progress regularly to Senior TA Partner and Head of HR
• Assist in developing hiring managers to promote industry best practice
• Aftercare of new starters

You'll need:

• Recruitment experience - either agency or in house
• A passion for finding top talent
• The ability to communicate well with Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders within the business
• Good organisational skills
