As a HR Officer, you will report into the Head of People and support with a wide range of responsibilities relating the the employee life cycle as well as project work. You will be based in the City of London office and work collaboratively with the HR team to provide an excellent employee experience. The role offer hybrid working.

The client is an international Bank with their London office based near to Bank. The client has a diverse board and is a key player in its market. The culture is relaxed, with an open plan office and open communication.

Description

As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for a number of duties, including:

-Administering the employee life cycle, owning the on boarding process

-Managing the probation review process

-Supporting with payroll and benefits administration

-Producing HR reports and analytics

-Supporting with HR projects

-Sourcing, booking and tracking Learning and Development initiatives

Profile

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HR experience from a Financial Services background, ideally banking. You will enjoy working in a professional, fast paced environment.

You will be energetic, personable and have good communication skills.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
