- Managing a diverse and sometimes complex caseload

Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Employee Relations Partner will:
- Have solid ER experience
- Have strong case management experience
- Have worked with redundancy situations
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Be proactive
- Build relationships quickly and effectively

£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Package + Hybrid Working
