HR Administrator London - Hybrid - Flexible working hours
Your new role
Working in a team of 10 you will be supporting the HR and recruitment team with administrative support. This will include coordinating interviews, posting job adverts, managing the paperwork for new starters and leavers as well as issuing contracts and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 year experience of working in a HR function supporting on an administrative basis. You will be proficient in MS office as well as being tech savvy and able to pick up new system with ease. Attention to details is crucial for this role as well as good communications skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
What you'll get in return
You will be working in a supportive HR team with the opportunity to provide funding for you to study towards your CIPD after a period of time. Exposure to all areas of HR and recruitment.
