Your new role
As an Interim Reward Manager, you will be responsible for the job grading and job evaluation using Willis Towers Watson. You will identify trends, suggest improvements on commission structures to the business and ensure things run smoothly. You will also be partnering with the B2B business to work on commission schemes and complex package structures.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience of working as a Reward Manager where you will have had supported a tech or sales commission population. You will have experience with FCA and the Willis Towers Watson or equivalent methodology. You will be an advanced user of Excel and will have strong presentation skills. It is essential you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 3-4 month duration. u will be remotely based with ad-hoc requirements to come into the office.
