Your new role
As Interim HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the design and execution of talent projects in support of our business strategy and operational priorities. Partnering with aligned HR Business Partners to project manage and execute talent practices and other key initiatives, including advising clients, creating client ready materials and reports, providing analytics and insights and ensuring accurate data in systems.
You will provide exemplary client service by anticipating and delivering solutions for the needs of HR Business Partners and clients throughout HR processes, provide advice and guidance on various topics including performance management, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, coaching, and talent reviews as well as be a subject matter expert for the tools, processes and team interdependencies across all areas of the HR. You will also support the business through organizational changes and development as needed.



What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have proven experience of working as an HR Business Partner gained within a complex, matrix financial services business. You will be able to demonstrate strong business partnering on a global scale, working with all areas of HR as well as providing advice and guidance within the talent arena. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can work in a hybrid manner from the London city office.
