Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- End to end HR for 2 sites across the UK
- ER casework, including disciplinaries, grievances etc
- Maximise use of HR system
- Work closely with wider group on HR strategy implementation
- potential line management of a small team
- Grow and develop HR team
- Identify and implement initiatives around People and Culture, Recruitment, Retention, Reward, EDI etc
- Project around Employee Engagement
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- CIPD qualified
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law
- Stakeholder management skills
- ideally from Manufacturing/Retail or multi site environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
