Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be partnering with a Global Communications Consultancy to secure a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in London. French and German speaking skills would be highly beneficial!


This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a background in Payroll, Employee Relations and Talent Management to work in a fast growing, stimulating international work environment.


Responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the wider HR team, getting involved in the full length and breadth of both operational HR and strategic initiatives.
* Integrating with the relevant members of the HR team to drive the implementation of HR policies and projects as well as the delivery of HR services and advisory across the business
* Looking after a growing permanent population of c.280 as well as temps, freelancers, contractors, apprentices, and interns across an international landscape
* Providing oversight across HR Team operational processes by managing, mentoring, and coaching junior members of the team
* Leading to support managers and employees with the performance management processes around performance reviews and ongoing developmental conversations
* Leading successful overseeing of delivery and application of the full administration process of their review and bonus processes, including the implementation of payroll changes, confirmation letters and changes to terms and conditions etc.
* Managing accountability for full employee of all staff, ensuring it continues to evolve and improve - from new starter and onboarding to leaver processes, including visa and sponsorship requirements throughout the employee lifecycle
* Leading the HR Advisor and supporting other HRBPs to ensure a smooth payroll process, driving efficiencies and accuracies in liaison with the Finance Team across UK and international payrolls
* Providing analysis and insight using HR analytics including employee engagement surveys and other engagement touchpoints- ensuring they are maximising the capability of the HRIS and other systems in the most efficient ways
* Identifying specialist and cross company training needs, supporting from a DE&I lens, assisting colleagues in liaising with external providers, or leading with the content creation yourself
* Leading individual coaching conversations with individual line managers to ensure they are avoiding future ER emergencies and maximising employee potential
* Driving annual compliance for changes to employment law across all global locations, communicating what the impact of this might be
* Leading the implementation of organisational change, acting as a change agent/champion
* Leading and ensuring the delivery of HR projects across our service delivery areas on an ad-hoc basis as directed by the HR Director


Skills & Competencies:
* Ideally CIPD qualified, or working towards full qualifications
* You have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both in French and in English; German would also be a plus
* Well established experience in generalist HR from any industry but with an international lens
* Strong track record in HR advisory and owning employee relations casework
* Gravitas to engage and influence at all levels of the business
* Used to operating in a fast-paced environment and can give examples of juggling multiple work streams
* You have proven ability of managing the employee lifecycle administration, improving and implementing processes and procedures
* You have prior experience working across cultures and geographies, and are able to work with and have impact across all levels of the organisation
