You will be working in the education sector, based in Wellington.

Your new role
Your part-time role will require you to be on-site 3-4 days a week, acting as a second in command to the Head of HR. You will oversee project work that the Head of HR cannot oversee because of workload. An example of this project work would be running focus groups to learn staff views on their current salary and benefits, collating the data and suggesting next steps and potential solutions. There will also be the possibility that there will be some creation and delivering of training involved.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Candidates must have experience of working at a competent HR Business Partner/ advisory level.
  • Must be confident with writing and delivering training
  • Candidate must be personable and capable to handle personal issues and situations with care and consideration.
