This is a really exciting HR Business Partner opportunity based in Bristol with an established business that is looking to evolve their HR operating model and develop a Business Partnering function to support head office. As such this is very much a strategic and change led position to set the foundations and frameworks to establish and develop a Business Partnering model.

The role will therefore be responsible for evolving and gaining buy in for this new HR model with key stakeholders and in turn their understanding of HR disciplines, frameworks, processes and HR solutions, and alongside current situation analysis, mitigating risk and capturing both functional and HR 3 year plans. As these plans and frameworks are put in place and the function is up & running, the position will evolve and you will be responsible for then supporting head office functions in a strategic capacity and working alongside Shared Services and the COE.

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with proven experience in change management and able to drive a strategic agenda. This experience will have been gained within an established Business Partnering model and therefore your understanding of how to implement this framework and processes will be very evident. With strong commercial and strategic acumen, your experience will include HR change management, organisation design and organisational development and a track record of delivering projects and workstreams. A confident communicator and relationship builder, you will work collaboratively and able to work with ambiguity.

The company operates a hybrid working policy and you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week only.
