Oakleaf Partnership are proud to present a 6 month ER Advisor role within a global consultancy firm. This role would focus on supporting the ER team and assiting on creating new ideas and solutions to a fast-growing area of the London team.

ER Advisor

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Key responsibilities for this role, will be:

Providing support to the ER team on case management, this includes attendance, note taking during ER meetings such as probation, exam failings, flexible working and performance appeals

Create and develop relationships with the HR team through the ER team

Being responsible for undertaking occupational health referrals, workstation assessments referrals and provide progress reports to the HR team

Supporting the creation of ER systems, reviewing and analysing ER trends and hotspots where appropriate

work closely with external providers to plan and anticipate best and future ER practises

As a ER Advisor, you will:

Hold previous experience of employee relations and policy handling

Basic understanding of employment legislations and basic best practise trends.

Be CIPD qualified or equivalent

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong Microsoft experience
