We are working with a well established private well-known North West based contractor with the aim to recruit a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to aid them with their new, exciting projects.
Our client requires an individual who is willing to challenge themselves with enhancing the value for money as well as the efficiency of their multi-million pound projects.
You will be working on projects across high rise development led work but with a key established client..
The culture is one where you are autonomous within a business that empowers you to deliver your work.
Tasks are but not limited to:
- Estimate materials, time and labour costs for the project
- Full commercial management of projects
- Negotiate and analyse costs for contracts
- Manage Risk, Value and Cost Control
- Analyse potential and actual outcomes
- Produce details findings and progress reports
- Value finished product, further arranging payments
- Awareness and implementation of Health and Safety Regulations
Qualifications
- Quantity Surveying Degree
- 5+ Years’+ experience
