Folder and Guillotine Operators 

Job Type: Full time/Permanent 

Salary: Dependant on experience 

One of the UK’s leading printers has the opportunity for experienced finishing professionals to join their manufacturing team as either Folder or Guillotine Operators.

• On-site parking 

• Average 42 hours per week

• 12 hours shifts – 07.00am-19.00pm OR 19.00pm-07.00am

• Working 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off - shifts alternate between 4 days and 4 nights

• Plenty of Overtime available

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the running of Folders or Guillotines in a fast-paced printing & finishing environment. 

Duties include:

• Set up machinery to produce jobs in line with job bag instructions.

• Allocate tasks to crew members (if applicable)

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of using guillotines or folding machinery in a comparable environment. 

• Keep the work area tidy and machinery in good order to ensure all work is correctly labeled and quarantine procedures are followed.

• Ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner and are inline with despatch instructions

• Ensure Company Health, safety and environmental procedures are followed.
