We are seeking a CSCS Welfare Cleaner to join our team in Watford. As a CSCS Welfare Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of welfare facilities on construction sites, including but not limited to canteens, changing rooms, offices and toilets.
Responsibilities:
- Clean welfare facilities on construction sites, including canteens, changing rooms, and toilets
- Ensure all surfaces, equipment, and areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor or site manager
- Work collaboratively with other site staff to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Adhere to schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
