SW Locums are looking to place a basic grade social worker who is required to work in Islington R&R team.

The team are currently in the process of introducing a new social work structure to the mental health pathway in Islington.

Candidates must hold right to work in the UK, Social Work England Registration and must be experienced in doing Care Act Assessments, support plans, tribunal reports. Preferably able familiar with LAS (liquid logic) system.

This has resulted in a number of vacant posts that they are waiting to recruit into.

The advertisement and interviews etc have now been put in place following a period of consultation.

However Islington require an agency social work posts to cover the SIRRT teams for a period of 3 months to allow HR to successful get people into these permanent posts.

This will allow both teams to manage the flow of referrals safely.
