Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced window and door / fenestration Regional Sales Manager to join an iconic window and door business based in Essex.
The right candidate will have current or recent experience selling and promoting windows and doors to the residential and social housing sectors.
The role:
- Promote company products in designated region through an existing network of contacts
- Expand the network of contacts and forge relationships with key personnel and decision makers
- Liaise with Architects, Developers and contractors to provide technical advice, guidance and present CPD’s
- Active involvement in developing strategies for growth in regional sales
- Conduct commercial negotiations with contractors and developers
- Ensure products are sold in line with the company’s specifications and best practices
- Monitor local market trends/competitors and make recommendations to the management board
The candidate:
- Have a solid sales background within the fenestration/construction industry
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and review product specifications
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be able to manage own work load and work under own initiative
- Must currently reside in the UK
