M&E Quantity Surveyor – Manchester

This M&E Quantity Surveyor’s role is with one of the UK's major Contractors, they have established themselves as a market leader in the Commercial, Residential, Public and Interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £10m – 100million.

The current position is for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their construction division to work on a data centre scheme in Wakfield. 

The Person

We are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor who has been working for a top 100 main contractor or sub-contractor. You will have experience of taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the MEP packages of the project. There is circa £20m of MEP works so experience working on schemes with similar M&E values is an advantage.
