The role is very much customer focused with emphasis on providing an excellent service, representing the company and being the first point of contact.
It is an exciting new opportunity to join a growing team on a permanent basis.
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
- Adding to the customer database
- Making sure customer details are correct and up to date
- Arranging site surveys
- Supplying kit to customers in advance of surveys or site visits
- Arrange installations
- Keep the customer updated throughout the process
0900-1700 Monday to Friday this position is office based with the option for hybrid working following successful completion of the probationary period.
