Electrical Estimator

As an Estimator you will be working on a range of projects and will be responsible for estimating on commercial projects including fit outs, refurbishment works, electrical testing tenders.
The role will be highly varied working on a wide range of projects where you will be completing tenders from drawings and specifications, contacting sub-contractors for quotes and managing all of the enquiries.
Responsibilities include:
- Read & understand specifications and drawings.
- Preparation of Tender Cost Reports.
- Vetting incoming tenders/offers from supply chain and ensuring that the most viable offer is included within the submission.
- Produce bills of quantities, schedules of work and contractors’ proposal documents to support bids.
- Liaise with Engineers, Sub-contractors, Suppliers, and the Client to establish the project specification, preliminary requirements, risk provision.
The ideal candidate will come from an electrical background with electrical estimating experience and will hold all relevant qualifications. The role offers excellent opportunities to develop your career and be involved with other aspects of the business.
