We are seeking an experienced Service Development Manager to join a national provider of Learning Disabilities and Autism supported living services and complex care within the community.

There are two roles available currently, one for LD supported living and the other for community complex care (neuro/brain injury).

In this role, you will primarily work from home but will also be required to travel for meetings and networking events.

As the Service Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to generate new business across learning disabilities, autism and mental health packages within the community and supported living environments, or within community complex care, neuro/brain injuries and physical disabilities.

To effectively carry out this role, you will need to combine planned growth with the optimization of the existing client portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expanding the company's presence into new geographical areas, focusing on business growth through Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).
  • Driving sales growth within existing CCGs through effective account penetration strategies
  • Liaising with ICBs and winning new business

We offer a highly competitive starting salary of £55,000 with a fantastic bonus structure of up to 2% of GM annually.
