An established Maintenance service provider is looking for a Contract Manager to lead a corporate Maintenance contract in Central London.
As Contract Manager you will plan, organise and manage the delivery of all mechanical and electrical building services and fabric maintenance for their end client..
You will ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement, KPI’s within the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed, at all times ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality.
With responsiblility for the overall management, co-ordination and control of all contract activity, including commercial performance, organic growth, people management and legislative, company and contract compliance, the Contract Manager will ensure that the site team is delivering services that are compliant and financially viable.
Continually striving to develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with the client, you will hold monthly contract review meetings with them to review performance and to look to further enhance the service contract.
The role of the Contract Manager is to also ensure a best in class health and safety record and compliance across the contract.
