We're currently recruiting a Site Supervisor with a sound understanding of commercial builds to support a commercial project in Guildford.
Site Supervisor - Skills and Requirements:
- SSSTS Qualification
- Minimum 3 Years Site Supervisor experience
- Proven site experience on commercial projects including groundworks, externals, internals and finishing.
- First Aid Qualification
The role will involve:
- Working with the Site Management team to ensure the safe operation of contractors.
- Completing site inductions for all new site personnel and carry out toolbox talks
- Maintaining safety standards, ensuring site personnel are operating in a safe working manner.
- Reporting any issues back to the management team
