A small, well established and well-respected multi-disciplinary construction Consultancy, based in SE1 are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Working in a number of key private and Public sectors within the industry, this Construction Consultancy are well placed to capitalise on their growing reputation.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry.

About the role:

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• On-going cost analysis
• Feasibility studies and early stage cost advice
• Reporting on the financial aspects of projects
• Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent duties
• Procuring and tendering of work
• Analysis of completed work
• Site visits will form a key part of the role

About the requirements:

• The Senior Quantity Surveyor needs to have experience of managing a range of projects. Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within multiple sectors would be ideal.
• A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal.
• Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
• Strong Consultancy experience, preferably with in depth knowledge of the London market
• Chartership, ideally through RICS (Desirable)
