My client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor at Partner level to join their team in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. The role will offer at least 2 days of remote working per week.

Role Overview:

The firm are currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor eager to advance in their career. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in handling commercial property matters and demonstrate the capability to progress from Solicitor to Associate and potentially to Partner level, or already hold an Associate or Partner position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial property/ agricultural cases, managing them from inception to successful conclusion.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft legal documentation, and offer expert guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with clients, property experts, and relevant stakeholders to construct robust cases.
• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering their growth and contributing to the team’s overall success.
