Exciting opportunity to join a growing process engineering business in Peterborough – if you are a driven Service and Support Manager and Engineer working within the food/FMCG industry and looking for a change, this could be the role for you.

Having doubled its turnover, and investing in growing its teams, this is an exciting time to join the business. A newly appointed Senior Leadership Team is embedding new, best practice process throughout the organisation allowing them to compete for, and win, sizeable contracts with household names.

As a result, they are looking to expand all engineering teams and require a Service and Support Manager with exceptional relationship building skills and team management experience.

Must have an engineering degree/qualification, H&S qualification, full clean driving license and experience within the food/FMCG sector.

As Service and Support Manager you will:

• Be the initial point of contact for customer service and spares enquiries.
• Liaise with site teams to understand and implement customer expectations, conducting regular site visits.
• Maintain health and safety standards, compliance with relevant legislation and site policies.
• Organise customer review meetings.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
• Supervision of the customer service & support team, including people management tasks such as 1-2-1s, appraisals, training, and performance management.
