Team Support Healthcare are currently recruiting motivated Healthcare Assistants for our clients in Cheshire and Wirral.

Location – Cheshire and Wirral Hospitals

Hours – Full-time and part-time hours available

Pay rate – Varies on shift

We are currently not taking on staff with Visa restrictions (who can only work 20 hours)

Main Duties/ Responsibilities

• Support the Nursing team with providing outstanding care to patients.
• Implement individualised care delivery according to clinical care packages, whilst promoting independence.
• Participate in maintaining a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for all patients and carers.
• Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance service delivery.
• Collect and report information to the Nursing Team, maintaining accurate patient records.
• Involve patients and carers/family members in the delivery of care.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure needs are met with care input and support for ongoing care needs.
• Respect confidential information obtained in professional practice and uphold the principles of Caldicott and the Data Protection Act.

Essential requirements

• 6 Months recent relevant UK experience within the last 3 years.
• You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
