As a Quality Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the company's Quality accreditations, which encompass ISO and customer compliance, your primary focus is on implementing structured audit practices and fostering a continuous improvement mindset. You are responsible for seamlessly integrating the broader Ovarro companies, systems, and processes to optimize operational efficiency. A significant aspect of your role involves establishing robust quality processes and practices throughout our production facilities, which includes providing coaching, training, and development opportunities for our operations teams. Additionally, you will lead the global returns and repairs processes, collaborating closely with operations teams to prioritize a customer-centric approach, enforce strong processes, adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), and cultivate a continuous improvement ethos. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the design and development of our overarching quality strategy.

Quality Manager Requirements:
- Proven and demonstrable experience in a Quality role
- Demonstration of the ability to drive a quality culture through engaging teams.
- Experience of developing and improving processes, procedures, and their deployment
- Experience of ISO9001, Quality Management Systems and auditing
- Ability to analyse data, present results, and drive actions.
