As a Pharmacy Tutor, you will conduct both in-person and online tutoring sessions with pharmacy apprentices at the college level, tailoring your approach to address their unique learning needs and goals. You will take pride in developing and delivering dynamic lesson plans that integrate pertinent pharmaceutical topics, regulations, and industry practices to ensure a comprehensive educational experience. Your guidance extends to crucial areas such as medication dispensing, pharmaceutical calculations, drug interactions, and medication therapy management, offering valuable support to apprentices as they navigate these essential aspects of their training. You will be dedicated to regularly evaluating apprentice progress and providing constructive feedback, fostering an environment that enhances their overall learning journey. Additionally, you will remain committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements and trends within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring the dissemination of accurate and up-to-date information to enrich the educational content you deliver.

Hours of Work: Full-time or part-time Hours

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum

Pharmacy Tutor Requirements:

• Pharmacist, registered with the GPhC.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed in their educational pursuits.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not required.
