As a Warehouse Store Manager, you are accountable for the efficient operation of the Parts Department on a daily basis. This encompasses a range of responsibilities, such as handling general administration tasks like stock invoicing and managing purchase orders. You will routinely utilise various dealer portals and ordering systems to streamline processes. Additionally, you will be focused on managing and achieving set objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A crucial aspect of your role is ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service consistently.
Warehouse Store Manager Requirements:
We are an irrigation company with 30 years of experience of designing, supplying, installing and maintaining watering systems in the UK and overseas.
These range from systems for domestic and commercial properties, to parks, golf courses, bowling greens, and other sports grounds. Evergreen Irrigation provides complete irrigation systems, all components and accessories both battery and mains operated, including radio control sprinkler systems.

Warehouse Store Manager Requirements:
- Good communicator within the team and the wider dealer network
- Excellent proven customer service experience in a sales environment both face to face and by phone
- Warehouse experience (2 years +)
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong understanding of a parts department
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SAGE 50
- Good level of numeracy
- Good use of the English language in both written and spoken word
- Ability to interact and create good working relationships.
