Curious about what it takes to excel as one of our Care Assistants?
If you're a compassionate and considerate individual, we would be delighted to have you on board! A UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as you'll be driving to clients' homes to deliver services (Note: The Live-in Carer role doesn't require a driving licence).
While previous experience in roles such as Care Assistant, Community Carer, Carer, Live-in Carer, Domiciliary Carer, Homecare Worker, etc., is a bonus, it's not a deal-breaker. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're well-prepared for the role.
What your training will involve:
During your training, you'll shadow an experienced team member, getting hands-on experience in delivering care while being paid for it. You will also have your own 3-year Personal Development Plan to guide your journey as you build your career.
If you're ambitious - fantastic - you can study to achieve nationally recognized qualifications while being paid at the same time. You'll learn everything you need to know to deliver life-changing care and support. Even after completing your initial induction training, the learning never stops. We are all about working with you to build your future.
