As a Registered Home Manager, your primary responsibilities encompass care and support planning, along with effective risk management strategies. It also involves ensuring governance and service compliance align with company, regulatory, and legislative standards. The implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures play a crucial role, as well as supporting and developing staff teams. Additionally, you will be embedding the company's values and ethos within the team, maintaining premises, and fostering effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The role extends to budgetary accountability and responsibility, overseeing recruitment and retention efforts, managing assessments and transitions, and contributing to strategic planning for service development.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Registered Home Manager Requirements:
The successful candidate will hold a minimum qualification of NVQ level 5 (or working towards it) and have at least three years experience of working with people with a learning disability, autism and associated complex needs. This post covers 13 beds and three registrations, therefore previous experience of holding a CQC Registered Manager's position is preferred.
