Electrical Field Team Manager

You will be responsible in ensuring industry compliance regarding all matters relating to SMART metering, EV Charging, Solar & Air Source Heat Pump. Must Haves:

In order to qualify for this role there are some must haves in which we need to see in your experience;

• You must have some sort of Electrical knowledge or Dual Fuel Metering knowledge
• You must have some experience of managing field based Electricians
• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent Customer Service skills & experience
• Hold relevant qualifications on either the Electrical, EV, Solar, ASHP or Dual Fuel Metering side

What will you do:

• You will be tasked to support the field-based Operations managers
• You will be managing a team of circa 12 Electricians on a day-to-day basis
• You will be required to be a technical sounding board to your team
• You will carry out any technical audits, 1-2-1’s and investigations with your team
