Exciting Opportunity: Road Testers Wanted in Corby!
Location: Corby
Shift: 4 on, 4 off, 7am – 7pm
Pay Rate: £12.50 p/h
Igloo are recruiting for a road tester in Corby. This role offers an exceptional chance to work with one of the UK’s leading automotive companies, renowned for their nationwide operations.
The Role:
As a road tester you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles meet stringent standards before entering auctions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing oil changes.
- Checking and topping up fluids as necessary.
- Inspecting keys, tyres, wipers, interior, and exterior lights.
- Conducting under bonnet visual checks.
- Verifying wheel nuts.
- Conducting a 10/15-minute road test on public roads.
Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking individuals with:
- Basic mechanical knowledge and/or a Level 1 Mechanical Certificate.
- A full driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
