I am keen to speak with site managers who would be interested in joining a high-end residential contractor based in Oxfordshire to manage one of their key projects on a contract basis.
you will be tasked with managing a £4m project consisting of a 4-story student accommodation block including a basement and two semi-detached high-end homes.
Ideal candidates must come with a proven track record managing similar projects from start to finish. must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
