This is an amazing opportunity to work with a world class manufacturers. With a worldwide network and multiple sites across the U.K, our client is eager to hire a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their ever-growing business.

The Multi-skilled Engineer role is where our client would have you operate, maintain the site including reactive and planned maintenance, find faults and plant optimization. you will also be expected to support the engineering manager in creating capital plans and budget while maintaining health and safety standards.

The role of Multi-skilled Engineer:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance using the agreed schedule
Reactive maintainance when required.
recording of Reactive and planned maintenance
Ensure food safety is as a priority
Minimize Plant downtime+ monitor plan condition.
Support the continuous Improvement programme through idea generation.

4 on 4 off (2 D 2 N)

A successful candidate:

A successful Specialist Engineer should be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail whilst working safely. You’ll have a unique job title and role meaning an ideal candidate needs to be proactive and organised.

  • Minimum level 3 NVQ in an Engineering discipline/
  • Background in FMCG or Food.
  • Proven knowledge/experience of PLCs
  • Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
