Our client, a fantastic Main Dealer Bodyshop is looking for a Panel Beater to join their busy team!

As a Panel Technician working from the Accident Repair Centre in Bradford, you will be responsible for ensuring that all damaged vehicle bodywork is repaired professionally and in a timely manner to the customer’s satisfaction using the correct equipment.  Being ATA qualified would be advantageous however they will consider time served.

Job duties:

• Undertake repair activities on customer vehicles to the highest standard within the scheduled times, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and minimising return to workshop.
• Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures and with appropriate equipment, using factory times.
• The attendance and commitment to Training to ensure that all accreditations are met.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand and industry guidelines.
• Accurately and skilfully undertake the paint refinish and repair of motor vehicles.
• Ensuring that all repair work is completed to the highest standard and within factory timescales.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand and industry guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a qualified Panel Beater and or MET Technician with proven experience of panel and body repair of motor vehicles to a high standard.
• No previous Manufacturer Qualifications are necessary.
• A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
• An enthusiastic and optimistic manner, taking responsibility for your actions and decisions.
• An organised and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Clear communicator when advising customers on technical issues.
• A driving license free from excessive penalties is essential.
