Goods-In Controller

We are now recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Clay Cross for a Goods-In Controller. This is a temporary to permanent role.
Duties -
- First point of contact for deliveries and persons entering premises via factory entrance.
- Ensure the Goods In area is maintained, safe and organised at all times.
- Examine goods received, ensuring that appropriate paperwork is present
- Enter goods received onto database system and reconcile against purchase order information
- Establish release criteria of materials utilising system data, assigning kits to required location with clear labelling, completion of company documentation and controlled organisation of the kitting area.
- Ensure stock is rotated effectively and waste minimised.
What we are looking for -
- Proven previous Goods-In experience
- Knowledge and experience of using Stock Control Systems
- Computer Literate and good numeracy skills
- Driving licence is an advantage

- Hours of work Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
- Pay rate £11.44 - £11.87 per hour
