Job Opportunity: CNC Miller Setter/Operator

Location: Rotherham
Shift Patterns: Rotating Early and Late Shifts

About the Role:
As a CNC Miller Setter/Operator, you will set up and operate CNC milling machines to ensure the precise and efficient manufacturing of components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Accurately interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
• Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished components for quality assurance
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter/Operator
• Essential familiarity with Hurco control systems; experience with Fanuc is a plus
• Accurate interpretation of engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
