Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Designers to prepare production-ready artwork files
• Mentor junior team members to optimize the production handoff process
• Innovate solutions to overcome production challenges
• Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to uphold quality standards
• Generate comprehensive documentation to convey design intentions accurately
• Facilitate timely approval of artwork samples for production release
• Manage the organization and delivery of artwork files and supporting documents
• Prepare site elevations and essential documents for design implementation
• Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, and efficiency in your work
• Present confidently to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Background in environmental branding, architecture, signage, or related fields
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Portfolio showcasing detail and layout packs preparation
• Familiarity with wayfinding systems and associated documentation
