We are seeking an Assessor/Skills Coach/Tutor to help the apprenticeships for the transport industry, especially for rail passenger to train in supply chain and transport manager for the rail industry.
- Home based delivering vast majority of sessions live online in groups and one to one.
- Occasional travel to meetings (mileage paid).
Must have experience in assessing, tutoring, or training in the rail industry, or operational management level 5 tutoring or team leading, who has worked in the rail industry in the past in any role. This role is dealing with passenger services for the rail industry.
Must have an experience with apprentices
- Helping to support in other subjects such as team leading, Operations Management
- Supporting individual learners remotely and some face to face.
- Coaching learners and in study groups through webinars and digital classroom sessions.
- Administrating individual learning plans including portfolio preparation, off the job hours collation, assessment, feedback.
- Preparing learners for end point assessment.
- Programmes are fully developed so provided with the learning and support materials to use.
- No functional skills experience is required for this role, as they have tutors in place.
