Maintenance Engineer

Are you an Maintenance Engineer with experience working in a manufacturing environment? If so, Alexander Steele Recruitment are working with a great Food Manufacturing business based in Newcastle.
You will be responsible for Planned Maintenance, reacting to breakdowns, fault finding on a range of filling, packing machinery (mechanically & electrically)
On Offer:
- £53,508
- 4 on 4 off (2 days & 2 nights)
- 33 days annual leave (Pro rata in line with shift pattern)
- 6% Matched Pension
- Life Assurance 2 x basic salary
Experience Required:
- Food Manufacturing or FMCG experience desired but not essential
- Good Electrical qualifications
- Knowledge in single phase & three phase systems.
- Competent in electrical fault finding in panels, 3 phase motors, inverters, relays.
- Basic fault-finding knowledge of PLC's.
- Basic mechanical skills
