This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Assembly Operative looking for their next career move. My client is a fast paced manufacturer specialising in the production of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry.
Good package and opportunities for overtime too!
Role & responsibilities:
- Play an active role on the shop floor with the Assembly team
- Support and lead your team to drive outputs (quantity & quality) to plan
- Monitor output per hour from your team, meet or exceed targets assigned
- Ensure labour is effectively utilised at all times (including minimising overtime)
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date
- Follow all relevant procedures
- Hours 8:30-4:30 Mon - Thurs. 8:30-4:00 Friday
