£80,000 - £85,000/annum + package, bonus etc

Senior Project Manager - Commercial Office & Life Sciences - Stevenage

We are currently seeking a strong Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join our client's team for an exciting new build life sciences scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of this state-of-the-art facility. This contractor are a tier 1 main contractor who operate within the commercial office, education & leisure and life sciences sectors. They work on private and public schemes. They are a family owned business, who have an extremely healthy pipeline of work with this region. 

Key must haves: 

  • Proven track record delivering commercial schemes (£25M+) from start to finish 
  • Have worked-in / flourish in a tier 1 contracting environment previously 
  • PCSA / 2nd stage tender experience 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
