💰 Compensation:

This is a long-term position available for immediate start until the end of the academic year. Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive pay rate ranging from £130 to £210 per day, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

🎓 Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess a PGCE in English.

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in teaching English at the secondary level.

• Genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.

• Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) to ensure the safety and well-being of our school community.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic achievement.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.

• Engage students in critical analysis, creative expression, and a deeper appreciation for literature and language.
