Catering Assistants required to work in Durham.  You will be working in the restaurant serving customer with hot and cold food, breakfast and lunches. Working the cash register, clearing dishes and wiping tables.  You will also work in a coffee shop, making teas and coffee serving hot and cold sandwiches as a takeaway service.  As well as working in the kitchen, assisting the chef making salads, sandwiches and desserts.  Washing dishes in a dishwasher, clearing away equipment’s.

Working hours are 25 or 30 per week, working 5 hours per day.  You will be training to work in all three parts of the services. Working from as early as 07.00 and as last as 19.30.  The service runs 7 days a week 365 days a year.
