Strategic Asset Manager

Greenacre Recruitment are working alongside a housing association in Cambridge to source a Strategic Asset Manager. This role will focus on Net Zero Carbon, SCS, Decent Homes as well as preparing 5-, 10-, and 30- year investment programmes using data. This role reports directly in to the Head of Property.
Duties include:
- Developing and overseeing the stock condition and Decent Homes performance
- Produce detailed annual maintenance plans and procurement programmes
- Produce and amend strategies for Asset Management, in relation to Net Zero Carbon targets and energy efficiency
- Lead and influence contractors, colleagues and stake holders to deliver the aims and objectives of the organisation
Suitable candidates will have:
- Knowledge of Windows-based IT packages or similar database software
- Experience of preparing and managing contracts
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation revelant to key delivery of repairs and maintenance
- Experience of developing strategy documents
