Project Manager – Super Prime Residential

My client are a long established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace.

They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover.

Their projects include both new build and refurbishments of grand residences in London, with contract values ranging up to £20m.

My client have an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and have built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product.

My client are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead and direct the project team throughout the delivery phase and post-completion of a prime residential refurbishment project in London.

Reporting to the Project Director, the initial project contract value is circa.£10m, creating a prestigious residence of the highest quality.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record and stable careers at Site/ Project Manager level working on various high end residential projects of a similar value and scope.

With a continuous pipeline of work, you will be responsible for complex and high-value projects on completion of this project, either as a direct lead or reporting to a project Director.

This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for Project Managers who want a long term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
